Ruban is a traditional Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teacher from the holy town of Tiruvannamalai, renowned for its temples and Sri Ramana Ashram. Growing up in this sacred place, Ruban was deeply inspired by the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi. He began practicing yoga at an early age and travelled extensively to various ashrams and yoga schools across India to deepen his knowledge and expertise in yoga and its practices. In addition to his practical experience, Ruban holds a bachelor’s degree in yoga. For the past two decades, he has been teaching yoga in Palolem. His yoga shala attracts students from all over the world who come to deepen their yoga practice under his guidance.

Inspiring more people in the world to make mindfulness, compassion, and balance a part of their lives, just as they practice yoga, is our vision.
